Seattle area landmark! This operating shipyard and drydock is located along the ‘Ship Canal’ within walking distance of the famous Ballard Locks. Since the 1930’s, this facility has operated continuously, offering a complete service for ocean going vessels including haulout and drydocking.

The drydock itself, located in freshwater, can accommodate vessels up to 40 feet wide and up to 230 feet in length (up to 1100 tons). The drydock can handle vessels with a draft of up to 12 feet.
