Offered for Sale is a FEDEX 'Ground' route.  This route has been operating continuously, under one owner, for over 15 years.  

As part of the sale, you will assume the lease of the existing route vehicle.  This vehicle, a 2007 P1200 Freightliner, has been fleet maintained since new and is in good operating condition.  Lease payments are currently abt $ 1,000 per month and will  continue for another 20 months.  At that time, and with a final ‘residual’ payment of abt $6K to the leasing firm, you will become the full owner of the van with no further obligations.   

The route includes a contract with the FEDEX Ground Division servicing Aberdeen and Montesano in Grays Harbor County.   The daily route is based from the FEDEX Terminal  at  DuPont, Washington. The Van normally remains overnight at the Terminal for offloading & reloading. 
 
This Route currently grosses between $128K - $135 K, with proven growth each year.
 
As the new owner/operator, operating as the current operator is, you can count on ~ $95K net income from this route.  By hiring a driver, you can anticipate about $65K net from the route as a non-driving owner.
 
Interested parties will need to pass a FEDEX background security check.  Additionally, any new driver, whether hired or yourself, must have a clean driving record.
